After Your Recruiter Interview

Your first conversation with Nelnet is always an interview with a recruiter. If things are a strong match, you'll hear about next steps, which could include additional interviews or a skills assessment, depending on the role. Interviews may be virtual or on-site.

After Your Team Interview

Once interviews are complete, our team will make a hiring decision. If you're selected, your recruiter will call with an offer, followed by an official offer letter through Workday.
